Blue Spruce Chocolates

Blue Spruce Chocolates makes chocolate from scratch, not just chocolate treats. We hand-make every bar bean-to-bar in small batches in the Colorado foothills, stone-grinding our beans for at least 48 hours. We use only ethically sourced, Fair Trade or Direct Trade beans, organic ingredients, and minimally processed sugars.

Our bars include 72% dark chocolate, creamy milk chocolate, and vegan options made with coconut or cashew milk. Many are low in sugar and keto friendly. Stop by our Kittredge shop for a free sample and taste the difference for yourself.
