Welcome to Mountain Town TeamUp, a business directory that helps neighbors discover local favorites and gives businesses a place to connect, collaborate, and grow. By submitting a listing, you agree to the following terms.
Your Listing
You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing information, including your business name, description, contact details, and category. Please keep your listing current. Mountain Town TeamUp is not responsible for errors in member-submitted content.
Directory Visibility
Your listing will be publicly visible on mountaintownteamup.com. Mountain Town TeamUp may feature your business in social media posts, newsletters, or other promotional materials as part of normal directory operations.
TeamUp Participation
Participation in cross-promotions, collaborative events, referral partnerships, or any other TeamUp activities is entirely voluntary. Indicating a preference on your listing form does not obligate you to participate in any specific partnership.
Membership and Payment
Founding member listings are currently free — no credit card required. When Mountain Town TeamUp transitions to paid memberships, the standard rate will be $10/month. You will receive at least 30 days’ notice before any charges begin, and you can cancel online at any time.
Listing Removal
Mountain Town TeamUp reserves the right to remove any listing that contains inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate content, or that violates the spirit of the Mountain Town TeamUp community.
Limitation of Liability
Mountain Town TeamUp is not responsible for the outcome of any business arrangements made between members.
Changes to These Terms
Mountain Town TeamUp may update these terms at any time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Privacy Policy

Mountain Town TeamUp is committed to being transparent about the information we collect and how we use it. This policy covers mountaintownteamup.com and its directory services.
Information We Collect
Business listing form
When you submit a listing, we collect your business name, contact information, business description, location, and any TeamUp preferences you choose to share.
Contact form
When you reach out through our Contact page, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
Newsletter subscriptions
If you subscribe to the Mountain Town TeamUp newsletter, we collect your email address and use it to send updates, new listings, featured businesses, and community news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Google Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. This includes pages visited, time on site, general location, and device type. This data is anonymous and collected by Google. You can opt out at Google’s opt-out page.
Cookies
This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics and WordPress to support basic site functionality and visitor tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work as expected.
How We Use Your Information
- To publish and maintain your business listing
- To respond to contact form inquiries
- To send newsletters and directory updates to subscribers

Third Parties
Payment processing
When paid memberships launch, payments will be processed by Stripe. Mountain Town TeamUp does not store credit card information. Please review Stripe’s Privacy Policy for details on how they handle payment data.
Email platform
Newsletter and email communications are managed through a third-party email platform. Your email address is shared with that platform solely for the purpose of sending you communications you’ve opted into.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.
Your Information, Your Choice
You can request to update or remove your listing or contact information at any time by emailing lorrie@mountaintownteamup.com. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time.
Children’s Privacy
Mountain Town TeamUp is a business directory intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
