Mountainside Bakery

Mountainside Bakery is Evergreen’s organic bakery. Everything I make is baked fresh or to order with organic ingredients and natural food coloring, including dedicated gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free options. Our storefront has a daily café with indoor and outdoor seating, plus a gift shop stocked with locally sourced goods.

Beyond the pastry case, I make custom cakes and cupcakes for birthdays, weddings, and other celebrations, and I cater dessert spreads for school, corporate, and community events. I also lead hands-on birthday parties and baking classes, and our private back room is available to rent for book clubs, workshops, business meetings, and mixers. We serve Evergreen, Bergen Park, and the I-70 corridor, and we’re open Tuesday through Sunday, 8 am to 5 pm.
